Hi, I'm Alin.
I'm a software builder and founder based in Romania. I run Trinx Solutions, a software outsourcing boutique, and I spend my free time traveling the world, building side projects, and sharing what I learn.
I believe the best way to learn is by building real things, and the best way to grow is by teaching others what you know.
How I got here
I started coding when I was 16 — not because I wanted to be a developer, but because I had an idea for a website and no money to pay someone to build it. That frustration turned into fascination, and eventually into a career.
After years of working in software engineering, I realized I wanted to build my own things. So I started Trinx Solutions — a boutique software company that helps startups and SMBs bring their ideas to life. We're small by design, because great software is built by focused teams, not armies.
Outside of work, I travel as much as I can. There's something about being in a completely new place that resets your brain and makes you see problems differently. Every trip I take ends up influencing the products I build.
This website is the place where all of that comes together — the code, the travel, the projects, and the lessons learned along the way. If any of it helps you build something cool or plan your next adventure, then it's done its job.
The journey so far
Building rolagzza.com & scaling Trinx
Launched this personal site as a hub for everything I create. Expanding Trinx Solutions globally, exploring AI-powered products.
studiazaBiblia goes live
Launched Romania's first gamified Bible study platform. Built with Django, React, and AI integration for content generation.
Founded Trinx Solutions
Started a software outsourcing boutique focused on startups and SMBs. Full-stack development, AI integration, DevOps — the works.
Senior Software Engineer
Worked on large-scale systems, learned the hard lessons about architecture, scaling, and technical debt. Decided to go independent.
First international travels
Started exploring Europe seriously — Portugal, Iceland, Greece, Italy. Discovered that travel and building software feed each other.
Started professional career
First job as a software developer. Dived deep into Python, Django, and the full web development stack. Fell in love with building things for the web.
Principles that guide my work
Ship fast, iterate faster
A good product shipped today beats a perfect product shipped never. Launch, learn, improve.
Build in public
Share the process, not just the results. Transparency creates trust and helps others learn.
Simple over clever
The best code is code that doesn't need comments. Simplicity scales better than complexity.
Travel expands thinking
New places create new perspectives. The best product ideas come from seeing how different cultures solve problems.
People over processes
Great products are built by great people, not great methodologies. Invest in relationships.
Own your platform
Social media is rented land. Your website, your email list, your content — that's what you actually own.
